Grocery Market & Cafe

Eat, meet and shop! We bring  farmers, food purveyors and small businesses together! Fresh, organic and wholesome fruits and vegetable from local sustainable farmers, and array of  staples that speaks to a variety of cultures.

Bringing coffee and community together.  We bring you an authentic experience of  how coffee, tea and smoothies  should be enjoyed.   At Be Well Cafe & Market, you’ll enjoy the elements of the traditional Ethiopian coffee and tea.  Need a place to grab a quick salad, smoothie or a grab-and-go meal, or just hang out and enjoy our vibe?  Be Well Cafe & Market welcomes you.

Farmers' Market

Providing entrepreneurial opportunities for urban farmers and growers enables us to eat fresh, local and organic!

How do we support the community?

As a way of giving back to our community Be Well Café will partner with a local non-profit to assist with feeding the un-housed when temperature falls below freezing by providing soup, gloves and hats to individuals over the age of 18.

The café will also offer meeting and event spaces to non-partisan groups within the community at a nominal rate.

Job Skill Training

Be Well Café will provide training to local residents and marginalized groups.

We will hire local residents and offer them training and employment in  a typical coffee shop and market place with positions, such as food prep, baristas, servers, and cashier. Through such positions, Be Well Café employees receive a competitive salary, and also gain job training and work experience.

We will not turn away any individual for lack of training, as it is our goal to provide that training to local residents.

Event Space

Not only will this be a unique café and marketplace, we also  will provide a more intimate and specialized eating and shopping experience.

There is a small, and intimate Event Space for social gatherings, meet-ups and a place where shoppers and the  community can meet and interact with the craftsmen, artists and designers from their community.

We want the community to be well holistically.
