Thank you for your interest in becoming an Makers Vendor at Be Well Farmers’ Market! Our Makers Market is a producer-only market which means that artisans must be the direct producer of the products they sell.
Be Well Farmers’ Market is a creative urban market where local sustainable farmers, growers, Makers, and wellness practitioners come together. Our market is based on a passion for healthy living, fresh food, community well-being, and local entrepreneurship.
What makes our market unique? It’s our live music, food trucks and s family-friendly atmosphere. Outdoor seating, and beautiful community garden spaces, all of this creates a one-of-a-kind market experience.

MARKET LOCATION, HOURS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION
This year while the Be Well Farmers Market Pavilion is under construction our Farmers Market will be at Ratio Park, directly across the street from the Be Well Café at 2027 Salisbury St., St. Louis, MO.
Our market season starts Wednesday, May 29th 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm and monthly on the last Wednesday of the month thru October 30th.
Be Well Farmers’ Market is open rain-or-shine. Our commitment to customers and vendors is to be open during the days and hours we have published. In the event of extreme inclement weather or other emergencies, we will email or text you as early as possible to notify you of any changes to our market hours.
MARKET ABSENCE POLICY
Vendors, if you have an emergency and cannot attend contact Uzair via email at [email protected]. No refunds for cancellation.
MARKET SET-UP AND BREAK-DOWN INFORMATION
- Set-up is on market days only.
- Vendors may arrive as early as 4:00 PM to set up.
- Vendors must have their booth space cleaned and all merchandise removed by 7:30 pm.
MARKET RULES & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
- Vendors are required to complete and sign a Be Well Liability Waiver.
- Vendors are required and held responsible for following all health, tax, special permits, and/or licensing requirements to do business in the City of St. Louis. Any vendors selling consumable products produced in their homes are required to obtain a cottage permit.
- No alcoholic beverages or marijuana will be allowed on the premises.
- No smoking on any of our parcels.
MARKET SIGNAGE, MATERIALS & CROSS-MARKETING REQUIREMENTS
Professional, visually-appealing product presentation is a requirement for our market. For your convenience, Be Well Farmers’ Market will provide all vendors with a tent, one 8 ft table, and a chair. Vendors are required to bring tablecloths, signage with their company name, and any additional stands or displays they choose to showcase their product.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own method of collecting payment. Be Well Farmers’ Market operates on a primarily cashless system. We strongly encourage all vendors to set up electronic payment systems such as Venmo, CashApp, and Paypal as they are easy to operate and are convenient payment options for customers who do not carry cash.
Vendors are required to participate in our cross-marketing campaign. Vendors must include the date, time, and location of Be Well Farmers’ Market in their cross-marketing posts. Posts should be shared through social media, company web pages, or other preferred methods for communicating with customers. Be Well Café will publicize vendors and their presence at the market through the Be Well Café website, Instagram, and Facebook page.
